Chaudhary Charan Singh Jayanti or the birth anniversary of Chaudhary Charan Singh is on December 23. It is observed as “Kisan Diwas” or Farmer’s day in India. Since farmers are the backbone of an economy, therefore, our nation celebrates Farmers Day in memory of the late Chaudhary Charan Singh, the ex-Prime Minister of India. On this day we arrange a little program where the farmer’s brother comes and we help them Financially and in an informative way.
Independence Day
75th Independence Day Celebrated by MUS at Hoogly, West Bengal on 15-Aug-2021. Independence day is the day to remember the heroic martyrs of our country and their sacrifices. Indian national flag hoisted by founder and other staff with villagers and children followed by various events abiding by Covid-19 protocol and safe distancing.
Raksha Bandhan
We took initiative from MUS to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, local children, team members, local people tied Rakhi. This was followed by dance and song performances and recitation of some children’s poems. Everyone enjoyed the event. The main idea of the celebration was to teach society that the bond of protection is not only a bond of siblings but much more.
